Cake Classes

I've been taking a decorating course at Fanshawe for the last few weeks.
Here is our project from this weeks class.

Genoise Cake with Raspberry Filling and Chantilly Icing with Chocolate Hearts

Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes decorated with Chocolate Buttercream Icing and Chocolate Designs.
